Formal, normal informal, paranormal.

"Are you going to winter formal?"
"What are you going to wear?"
"Who are you going with?"

-Maybe.
-A dress.
-Myself.

High school is lame, there's no escaping stupid questions and stupid answers.
Along with stereotypes.

I'm fed up with people in general. I should focus my energy on something else, right?
I need more time to think.
It's shower time.

The end.

The I'm avoiding finals blog.

What are finals worth anyways?
10% of your grade and a guaranteed week of headaches?
I think they're all pointless, but that's expected from me.
I guess, compared to other kids at my school, I don't stress finals TOO much.
To me it's not worth it. I'd rather stress about something important, wait... there isn't anything more important to stress about!
Hah!

Grades mean everything in teachers/parents/colleges eyes. It's all a load of bullshit.
I didn't mean for this post to be angsty and nasty but whatever, I know your thinking the same thing too.

I'd rather be in Atlanta.

$1 creativity.

Today I ventured over to the dollar book store.
Shelves upon shelves of old, miscellaneous books.
It can be a pain in the ass to look for but sometimes you find a keeper.

I found six books.
$6.
That's all.

It's mind boggling to think about all the work that goes into making a book.
Then its thrown into a shitty old dollar book store that nobody bothers to go to. Quite pathetic, eh?

Today, and the rest of the week.

Cramming causes stress and stress causes headaches.
Headaches in which are unenjoyable and make it harder to cram.
Maybe I should stop cramming and do my work on time.
But then it'd be to simple and I'd have nothing to complain about.
Really though( new years resolution that never gets accomplished ) : stop procrastinating.

Trendy fucks

This is old.

Current day:
Myspace trends. Best friends=backstabbers. You're cool by how many text messages you receive every hour or which vintage sunglasses you own. The hair extensions that you put in to try and look like Paris Hilton really look trashy; but its hot? Sexuality is nothing more than a fad. Your heartbreak is WORSE than HER heartbreak. Song lyrics are cool to quote even though you have no idea what their true meaning is. You liked a band before they were big but you cant name one song from their first album. You say you "stick out in the crowd" but really you blend in just like everybody else who "sticks out" . Your against labels and stereotypes but when a boy with glasses and a "nerdy" haircut passes you in the hallway you automatically think that he's a total brain. If a band makes it into Hot Topic they "sold out". You think your parents hate you and they are horrible but in reality they give you unconditional love they just don't have enough money to buy the whole world for you or you are a spoiled brat. The boy and/or girl you like doesn't know you exist. Your best friend is in love with you but you are obsessed with someone that will never happen. "Keep talking shit; Your making me famous." is your motto because all you care about is popularity... but then you say you don't give a crap about what people think about you. Breaking up over text is better than breaking up in person. The computer is the only way of communicating with people; you don't like to talk on the phone. Failing classes is cool because you seem "bad-ass".

Some kids may feel this way...or maybe its just me:
They have a million and one friends but feel lonely but wont admit it. They really don't care about the text messages they get... even if they're filled with juicy gossip... it's only a couple words reduced to letters and exclamation points. They put out a vibe that says they're very flirty and want a quick hook up... but really they just want somebody to love them for who they are. The organized religions that people become apart of are just a way to control everybody. Sluts are getting old; the whole short skirt and v-neck tank top card is being over played. No matter how many times they change their views, friends, grades, interests ect., they'll never be content with themselves.

Antics and puppet dolls.

Somebody today reminded me of this keepsakes of mine.
I've been documenting in it since May 14th, 2007.
My last entry was August 16th, 2008.

To look back is remembering the little things of transitioning into who I am today.
It gives me a weird feeling, not good nor bad.
A place in between of nostalgia and self embarrassment.

"I know in life you have to let go of things, but some times I feel as if that is impossible. My real friends will stay, but I feel like the rest of these people are just here for little antics."- 12/9/07

Snapshots make the world go round.

Pictures worth a thousand words.
They capture moments of time for everybody to see.

Todays lesson is love;
Love of all sorts.

Aeropuerto; soul search.

Airports.
Busy, chaotic and uptight.
Security will never die down. The technology of the scanners are insane.
They can now see your panties and bras. Ladies, make sure to look cute.

Everything kind of hits you fast in an airport.
You see all sorts of people.
People that are running away.
People that hate their jobs, and are flying to the next city for a conference.
People that have no other choice than to visit family.
People who are flying home.
People who are leaving to see their lovers.
People who fight for America.
People who are visiting America.
People who are vacation bound.
People who are lost in their ones mind.
People who are loosing somebody.
People who have lost somebody.
The lives, all intricate and woven into one big planet of beating hearts.

Welcome back, ladies and gentleman.
Your plane is now departing.

Backwards, cozy, sweet Alabama

There are storm shelters here in Alabama.
One road gets you in and out of town.
Each house has at least one pick up truck in the driveway.
A gas station a few miles away is crumbling with an old open sign.

The backwards ways are odd but everything works out.
It's homey and a change from the city.
Living here full time would be a hassle and dull
But to the people who reside here
Are joyful and full of live
Which is all that matters.
